1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Napoleon Team, hereinafter "the Seller", and the users and customers, hereinafter "the Customer", of the online store located at napoleon-team.com, regarding the products marketed by the Seller.

2. Pre-contractual Information and Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase process is completed in the steps indicated on the website. By clicking the "Pay" or "Complete Purchase" button, the Customer declares to have read and unreservedly accepted these general terms and conditions. The order confirmation from the Seller, sent by email, constitutes the acceptance of the sales contract.

3. Prices and Payment Method
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed clearly and separately before completing the purchase. Payment can be made using the methods indicated on the website (card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.).

4. Delivery - Shipping Policy and Delays
4.1. Estimated Delivery Time: The Seller commits to preparing and shipping orders within 48 to 72 business hours from payment confirmation. Once shipped, the order will be handed over to the chosen carrier.
4.2. Responsibility for Delivery: The Seller does not guarantee the delivery times established by the shipping companies. Any mentioned delivery time is therefore approximate and non-binding. Delays in delivery, whatever their cause, including cases of force majeure, logistical problems, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or delays attributable to the carrier, shall not entitle the Customer to any compensation or cancellation of the order.

5. Product Verification and Claims for Defects
5.1. Verification upon Receipt: The Customer must verify the condition of the packaging and the goods upon receipt. If the packaging shows obvious signs of damage, dents, or tampering, the Customer must note this in writing on the carrier's delivery note before signing. It is recommended to open the package in the presence of the delivery person to check the condition of the products.
5.2. Claims: Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be notified in writing to the Seller within a maximum period of 24/48 hours from receipt, attaching clear photographs of the original packaging and the affected product. The Seller reserves the right to evaluate the claim and, if deemed appropriate, will proceed to replace the product or refund the amount paid, as applicable. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects or shipping errors attributable to the Seller and does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, or by the shipping company during delivery.

6. Protection of Personal Data (Data Accuracy)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection, the Seller informs that the personal data provided by the Customer will be processed to manage the order, payment process, and shipping. Data will not be transferred to third parties except to shipping companies and payment gateways necessary for the execution of the contract. Data will be retained as long as a contractual relationship exists or until the Customer requests its deletion. 7. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Seller's registered office, without prejudice to the legal jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer's place of residence.
